Mr. El-Aref  recently advised major multinational clients and Kuwaiti investors on acquisitions worth millions of dollars in the area. He has an impressive track record for winning extremely large and difficult cases, and a proven history of courtroom success.

Being the founder's descendant, Oussama El-Aref has enhanced the office management by his expertise in corporate law transactional legal matters and his exceptional proficiency in dispute resolution matters. Through the years, his experience in providing legal services for Middle East investors and corporations, has gained him the trust and confidence of most Kuwaiti investors leading the market.

His practice also entails representing major entertainment and media firms in Lebanon. Oussama El-Aref further possesses extensive experience advising on investments,  pre-IPO financing and highly-leveraged transactions in the MENA region. He has provided counsel on a number of complex transactional deals, including most recently, the financing of facilities in Kuwait and advising Kuwaiti clients on the acquisition of shares and interests in Lebanese companies.
